Policies & Rental Guidelines

• We enforce a minimum age of 25 for each lease holder. Furthermore, the lease holder must be staying in the unit.

• All rentals are a three night minimum

• Pet friendly with additional deposit 

• Tenant is responsible for securing campsite. Please check with us on availability of camper before securing your site reservation. We are not responsible for your site fee should we not have a camper available for your stay. 

• Reservation fee of $400 is due immediately upon signing a lease.  

• Security Deposit of $500 due on check out. 

• Accepted forms of payment: cash, check or debit/credit card

• We will deliver for to most places in central Iowa
